Matthew went above and beyond for us! We were traveling home form a long road trip and had a tire issue. He was very kind and fixed us up right away. Definitely recommend!

I had a flat tire the day after buying a car and took it to Tires Plus in Carmel. Matthew was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. What impressed me most was that he went to bat for me with the warranty company. He argued that the dealership should have replaced the tires before selling the car because they were in such poor condition. Thanks to his persistence, the warranty company agreed and covered the cost of not one, but two new tires. It's rare to find someone who genuinely looks out for customers the way Matthew did. I highly recommend Tires Plus in Carmel and especially Matthew if you need tire service.

Caught a nail in my tire after hours and Bill and Melissa were kind enough to help us jack the car up and get the spare tire on, really saved us a huuge headache. Will absolutely be giving them our business from here on out!! Id recommend them any day!!!

I want to say that the team and Melissa I think her name is, were amazing and the most accommodating. Brilliant customer service and excellent care. You have always been great at attention to detail. Fast and efficient. Thank you for all that you provide. Tires Plus in Carmel are the absolute best! Again, I can’t say enough good things about the team they have. Anytime I have auto repairs, they are and will be my only go to. They take awesome care. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience at Tires Plus. They were incredibly accommodating—I called around 7:15 AM while on my way in, and they got me in right away. The following week, I came back at 5:45 PM to have my new set of tires installed, and they had everything finished by 7:00 PM, right at closing time. I really appreciate their convenient hours, especially being open on both Saturdays and Sundays. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!
